Preparation of presentations

• Preparing the plenary presentation
  The format for the presentation will consist of a 50-minute talk, subsequently followed by a 10-minute discussion. Please ensure to have the presentation file loaded on your laptop and also carry a backup copy on a USB drive for contingency.
• Preparing keynote and tutorial presentations
  The format for the presentation will consist of a 23-minute talk, subsequently followed by a 7-minute discussion.
• Preparing invited presentation
  The format for the presentation will consist of a 23-minute talk, subsequently followed by a 7-minute discussion. Please ensure to have the presentation file loaded on your laptop and also carry a backup copy on a USB drive for contingency. Feel free to utilize the PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)  template if it suits your preference.
• Preparing oral presentation
  The format for the presentation will consist of a 15-minute talk, subsequently followed by a 5-minute discussion. Please ensure to have the presentation file loaded on your laptop and also carry a backup copy on a USB drive for contingency. Feel free to utilize the PowerPoint (Microsoft Office)  template if it suits your preference.
• Preparing poster presentation
  It is strongly recommended to use the portrait A0 format, which is 119 cm (47 inches) high and 84 cm (33 inches) wide. If it suits your preference, feel free to utilize the PowerPoint (MicrosoftOffice) Templete.
